Package the product in the same way you received it. Inside the box include you must include: a note with your complete name and your order number. 2. Fill in the customs declaration with “RETURNED ITEM, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” 3. Send it to: CLOSCA DESIGN Avda. del puerto 49 1º 46021 Valencia (Spain) 4. Cost for this shipping will be covered by you. 5. If possible, send it by courier (there are probable delays and customs problems when sending through regular postal service). Make sure that you can track the product. As soon as your product arrives at our office in the same conditions as sent by us, we will proceed with the refund.
