Good morning, We are very sorry to hear about this issue and hope you are well. Please find attached our warranty policy, which states that our products have a 3 year warranty covering any quality issues. In the event of an impact the helmet should not be used again as the product may be damaged and not provide adequate protection and we advise you not to use the helmet again.
